Outside of work, Phillip enjoys building cars and spending quality time with his two children, balancing his passion for craftsmanship with family life.

Jordan Stover

Emporia General Manager

As Manager of Stover’s Restoration’s Emporia branch, Jordan brings extensive hands-on experience and understands that the restoration process involves more than most homeowners may realize. He believes calling Stover’s for a professional inspection is always the safest choice. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys playing disc golf, especially when the Glass Blown Open brings added excitement to Emporia.

Ally Jones

Fire Damage Coordinator

As Fire Coordinator at Stover’s Restoration, Ally proudly considers herself an “adopted” member of the Stover’s family. With extensive experience in fire damage restoration, she understands why professional care is essential for safe and proper recovery and advises customers against attempting cleanup on their own. Outside of work, Ally enjoys working out and spending quality time with family and friends.

Mary Stover

Fire Damage Coordinator-Emporia

As Fire Damage Coordinator at Stover’s Restoration’s Emporia branch, Mary proudly manages the location alongside Jordan Stover. She reminds homeowners that restoration often involves more than meets the eye, making a professional assessment the safest choice. Outside of work, Mary enjoys disc golf, one of Emporia’s favorite pastimes, especially when the Glass Blown Open comes to town.

Drake Davison

Lead Estimator

As Lead Estimator at Stover’s Restoration, Drake brings experience and an understanding of the restoration industry as it continues to evolve. He values improvements in quality and efficiency standards that help create a better experience for every customer. Outside of work, Drake is a devoted husband and father to two daughters and a son. He is active in community outreach, enjoys time with family and friends, and never misses a good college basketball game.

Megan Payne

Crew Chief

As Crew Chief and Fire Coordinator Assistant at Stover’s Restoration, Megan understands the important role professional restoration plays in saving customers both time and money. Known for her commitment and compassion, she takes pride in helping people navigate difficult situations with genuine care and confidence. Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.

Justin Coffman

Hutchinson Branch Manager

As a Water Damage Technician at Stover’s Restoration, Justin understands that restoration often involves much more than homeowners may initially realize. Known for his strong ethics and honesty, he takes pride in doing the right thing and remaining dependable on every job. Outside of work, Justin enjoys taking BBQ classes, grilling, and spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, and enjoying the natural surroundings.

Bambi Langley

Office Manager

As Office Manager at Stover’s Restoration, Bambi has been a key part of the team for an impressive 19 years. With her extensive restoration experience, she advises homeowners to always seek out a professional opinion because damage is often far more extensive than what meets the eye. Known for her fun personality, Bambi loves Mexican food but cannot stand refried beans. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending quality time with her family.

Denise Thielen

Marketing Representative

As Marketing Director at Stover’s Restoration, Denise has been a valued member of the team for over eight years. She credits much of the person she is today to her upbringing, including being raised by wonderful parents, growing up in the country, and belonging to a very large family. Outside of work, Denise and her husband love traveling together and take every opportunity to ride their Harley. She also finds great joy in caring for her mother-in-law and being a proud mother to their four children.

Pauline Oropesa

Marketing Representative

Pauline recently earned her marketing degree from Wichita State University and supports Stover’s Restoration’s marketing efforts throughout Emporia and the surrounding communities while also assisting the Wichita team. She enjoys building relationships with insurance agents, plumbers, and commercial partners. Pauline grew up in Wichita and recently moved to Moundridge with her husband. While they do not have children yet, they adore their miniature Australian Shepherd, Mocha. Outside of work, Pauline enjoys cooking, running, reading, knitting, and playing with Mocha.
